  • No Fast Food (only in an emergency)
  • No Soda/Soft Drinks
  • No Drinks with Added Sugar (High Fructose Corn Syrup, etc)
  • Low Carbohydrate Intake (Breads, chips, snacks, cookies, cakes, etc.)
  • Eat 6 Smaller Meals Instead of 3 Larger
  • Eat Proportionately (Especially when eating out)
  • Drink Plenty of Water
  • Read Nutrition Labels (and how to read them)
  • Eat Lots of Fruits and Vegetables
  • Shop the Perimeter of the Grocery Mart and Try to Stay Away from the Middle
  • Limit Snacking/Sweets
  • Stay Away from Preservative Laden Foods and Artificial Sweeteners (Sucralose, aspartame, BHT, MSG)
  • Don’t Eat Before Bed

Diet Soft Drinks are no Substitute for Water!!!
